I scored an almost new set of Falken 31x10.50s on Cragar D hole rims to replace the wimpy 235/75s on Craigslist.
What a difference! It drives so much better now! No more high speed shudder, wallowing around corners and it’s actually quieter. I have a deeply renewed interest in this rig now.
Funny thing. Everyone that looks at the old tires says the same thing. “There’s plenty of tread left”
And I want to smack them every time I hear it. There’s more to a tire than the tread!

Lloyd is having issues with it but doesn’t care as long as it means going for a ride. The slight lift the tires gave it are affecting his “Hop on in” judgement. I may have to build some stairs for when the “leveling kit” goes on.
